  • How to buy?

    Shopping at Eureka Shoes website is very easy. Choose Womam or Man section, and then the product type (shoes, boots, sandals, etc). If you click on the items you get the description and you can choose the color, size and quantity and add the item to your cart. You can repeat this for each item you want to buy. The items you choose, will be add in your shopping cart . If you like to process your order, click "continue" and go through the following steps: Enter your personal data and general billing information and select the desired payment method. You will receive an email confirming your order.

  • In which countries is it possible to shop online?

     At this time you can only do your orders and have it delivered in Mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores, Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherland. Soon it will be possible to buy at eurekashoes.com from others UE countries.

  • How many languages is it possible to browse in?

     In Portuguese, English and Dutch.

  • What is the maximum value delivery?

    For safety reasons, the maximum value per order can not, in terms of value, exceeds €1,500.

  • Do I have to pay Custom Fees and Import Taxes?

    Due to different customs policies and import duties, Eureka Shoes has no control over possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the country of destination, not being possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If in doubt you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about the customs duties and their applicability.

  • What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

    You can choose between various payment methods:

    Payment with Credit Card: we accepet Visa and Mastercard. If you want to pay with Visa Electron you should have a previous authorization of your bank.

    Payment with Paypal: To pay via PayPal, select this payment method and click on 'Confirm payment'. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

    Payment with MB References: Only available for orders made from portuguese market and with a portuguese bank.

  • Is it safe to buy at Eureka Shoes online store?

  • In which currency can I make the payment?

    All orders are placed in Euro (€), with payment being processed in this currency. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by Eureka Shoes.

  • Some items or sizes are no longer available online. Is there a possibility of being available again?

    We can not give information about the future availability of our products. The stock available is show on the information page of each article. If a particular color / size is available again, it will be immediately visible in the online store.

  • Are the items included in the shopping cart reserved automatically?

    No, including an item in the shopping cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. However, you can add your favorite products to your Wishlist to buy them later. Please note that by doing this you are not reserving any product but saving it for future reference.

  • Which are Delivery Costs and Time?


    The costs of standard deliveries are supported by Alberto Sousa Lda, in Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. In Mainland Portugal, are supported for orders above 30€, according to promotional conditions at the time.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

  • Can I track my order?

    You can query the status of your order at any time in, Order History  in Account section (bottom menu). 

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to (not in transit). To do this, go to the "my orders" section in your account. If necessary please contact our Customer Support.

  • Can I order by email?

    Yes, you can contact us throught Contact Page and our Customer Support will help you. We’ll be delighted to attend to you!

  • How can I place an order to offer as a gift?

    You must follow all the steps of the Order, and in the area Your Shopping Cart have an option of "Do you want to wrap this article?". Selecting this option, you can also leave a personalized message that will be sent with your order.

  • How can I be sure it is safe to enter the data of my card?

    The site www.eurekashoes.com ensures the highest level of security for each purchase. The data collection is done by the most advanced encryption systems technology (SSL).
    For payments with Visa and MasterCard will be accepted the SEC transactions (Secure Electronic Trading). After confirming that the card is part of the EBS system, a connection is made with the bank issuing the same, so that it permits the customer to make a purchase. Once the bank confirms the authentication, the collection is made with the card. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

  • I can not complete my order using the method of payment credit card.

    1. Verify that all the credit card details have been entered correctly;
    2. Make sure the cookies from your browser are enable.

    If the problem persists you should contact the card issuing bank and report the problem.

  • What is CVV / CID / CVC?

    The Card Verification Value or Cod Verification Value (CVV or CVC) or Card Identification Code (CID) is a guarantee of security for credit or debit transactions, giving greater protection against fraud credit card. The number is generated when the card is issued, by encrypting the card number and the expiration date, making them a key known only by the issuing bank. The provision of this code in a transaction intended to verify that the client is in physical possession of the card.

  • I wiil receive the invoice of my order?

    Yes, after sending your order you will have access to invoice in your customer account at the online store.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    If you forget your password, please go to the Sign menu at the Homepage and select I forgot my password. Enter your e-mail address and that will be sent automatically.

  • Can I have access to my orders already made?

    If you are a registered customer at Eureka online store and make orders with your login, all the information about your orders will be recorded in the menu My Orders.

  • What's the Wishlist and how it works?

    The Wishlist is a feature that allows registered users to identify products they wish to buy. Thus you will always identified products. To add a new product just after selecting the color and size, activate the link Add to Wishlist which is on the product page.
    We recall that the placement of a product to Wishlist does not mean any reservation of the product, so the stock available for color and the selected size is still available for sale at the online store and sold out. We recall that information on product availability is online

  • I will always receive the products I order?

    All items available in the online store are available in our warehouses at the time they are presented. Information on  color and the availability displayed in Eureka online store is updated, which ensures that in 99% of cases, the information about availability is correct.
